Keeping Grammar

The sun, in words, goes down,

obedient, to make us room.

This alloy’s good for keeping out the rain.

The house is made of lime,

and withers in the rain,

and runs in rivulets down hill.

The spine of the book is exact;

keeping grammar, grammar keeps.

The sun, obedient, keeping grammar,

grammar keeps.

And the grammar keeps out rain.

The spine of the book is green;

the letters are black.

The weight of the grammar is black;

keeping grammar, grammar keeps.
